I just wanted to take a moment to thank you for the great job
that Carpet MD did cleaning the carpets in the buildings of the
City of Forest Grove. For instance stains that have been in our
Library and Police Department for years are now gone and other
venders were not able to do anything with them.
The extra time you took to spot dye some bleach stains and trim
fraying areas were greatly appreciated. Carpet MD has exceeded

While planning of the News-Times 125th birthday party this fall,
we realized our carpet was looking a little shabby. It wasn't
the newspaper's original flooring, but it had been a while since
it had any attention. Chris came in, give us a very reasonable
bid, & then put in some extra time with some particularly
stubborn stains. He also worked around our schedule to ensure
that the job didn't interfere with our deadlines. When it came
time to invite the community in, our flooring looked great,

our carpets this past weekend. We thought our white carpets
throughout the house were relatively clean, but we just wanted
to get them deep cleaned.You guys showed up exactly when you

you had been & where you hadn't yet. We thought we had white
carpets, but apparently they were gray! The "before" versus

If you are looking for a personal, detailed guaranteed carpet
cleaner-this is the business to use. My carpets had been new &
years overdue for cleaning my heavily trafficked home. Chris &
Tyler exceeded my expectations & met my critical eye to detail.
Furniture was moved I never expected! Down to earth service at
very affordable prices. Carpet M.D. will be our carpet cleaner
from now on no more worries there. I am looking here a day later
at my carpets and am so pleased-soft, clean new looking carpet

To whom it may concern: I have never really seen the need for a
commercial carpet cleaner. I have always felt it was a waste of
money & time until I met Chris with Carpet MD. God blessed my
wife and I were the opportunity to live next door to Chris and
his wife for a year & talk about two amazing people.
Our little cricket (that's our dog) got sick on the furniture
one day & I went next door to ask Chris for that friend advice
of what to use & how to clean it up. When he explained the
process that they would use to clean it I agreed to let them do
it. I have seen surface cleanings before & thought that was what
I was getting. When they were done, so was I., done using
anything else to clean my carpet or furniture. Then we had to
move & the carpet in our new house should have been replaced. So
I called Carpet MD & when they were done it looked like they had
replaced it instead of cleaned it. The work they do is amazing.
Now as to not be a "glory story" I'll find something negative to
share about Carpet MD..... Okay that's it.
It is truly an honor to know and utilize Chris & Carpet MD, & I
recommend them to everyone & especially the ones with doubt. I
was one myself & am honored to use Carpet MD & know Chris.

time, I had noticed that several of my neighbors were having
their carpets cleaned by Carpet MD, and those I spoke with were
pleased with their work. Carpet MD is a local company and when I
called, I actually got to speak with a person not a machine!

hopeless with multiple cats throwing up on it, oily shoe prints
from a mechanic & multiple bad stains (unidentified). They did

Tom and Chris came into our home on time as scheduled. Both
conducted themselves very professionally from the moment they
arrived until they left. They let us know what to expect & what

We were so impressed by how clean our carpet got after you
cleaned them. With dogs, cats & little kids they were terribly
stained and so dirty I was embarrassed to have people over. Now

I have had our carpet cleaned many times through the years but
never had such a through, conscientious company as Carpet MD.
The men were on time, (important to us) professional with lots
of good advice, hard working & caring. The carpets look so clean
& I feel our house is clean also, as they took care of areas
that were dusty but didn’t need the steam cleaning like under
the big bed. They even offered to return the next day to put
furniture back in place & take out the protectors ( plastic
under feet of chairs, sofa etc). Very honest also as they noted
that I had been charged $10.00 too much & came to my door to
return it.
